Hi,
I am new to Power Automate and have recently built a flow that requires an approval.
Now when the flow is set to test or run, it says that the approval is not installed for this environment and that it has to be run first.
But it is still not running. I went to the forums' error code for a solution, but it says that I need to have a CDS for it.
I just want to if the Power Automate licence by user can do the trick or do I need to buy a storage seperately.
if I have to buy the capacity, can you please redirect me to the link where I can check the prices.
Also, my company has already purchased a server, can we link that to the required dedicated capacity?
Thanks and Regards

Hi @ScottShearer ,
For Default Database, there should be some storage available with the tenant, right?
But the thing is that it is not showing any available storage. Moreover, we have a Pwer BI Premium License which gives 10GB of space but is not available for the Power Automate CDS capacity.
Can you please help me with the prices of the CDS for the default database and can we integrate the server we already have with us for the same CDS capacity?
Thanks and Regards
Arpit
Your M365 license for Power Automate includes approvals. The approval engine uses CDS - it sounds like the default database has not yet been created - this should happen automatically... You might need to have a Flow admin create the default database.
Are you in a commercial tenant of one of the government tenants?
