I have a requirement, Like in Home page of App Form,

I have Departments DropDown, In that one is, MS,AS,IS, When user selects in Drop down that should navigate to MS form screen and Display SL Number Like MS/2022(Current year)/0001 and for second selection MS/2022/0002 and....So on.. Like if user selects AS and take him to that form page and Display Number AS/2022/0001..and So On...Same Like IS also, IS take to that page AS/2022/0001...So on...
