Update Excel line items in 'child' Excel files from a 'Master' Excel file

A master excel file is used as the main data entry point. Subsets of this file's line items are in other folders based on different geographies' needs. Is it possible to update the subset files if a change is made in the master file, via Power Automate? Each line item has a unique ID.
