Currently, I'm using the trial version of Copilot Studio, but I'm not receiving accurate answers regarding files stored in SharePoint. I've created a custom Copilot and set the resource to a SharePoint link. However, I'm encountering several issues despite all files I've checked being less than 3 MB:
1. It only observes some files, not all of them:
When I inquire about a word and its containing files, I receive a response, but it's not entirely accurate. For instance, my custom Copilot responded with: "The file that contains the word X is 'xxxx .pdf'." Yet, I know it is also contained in other files.
2. It only observes Word and PDF files, not Excel files:
When I ask about a word and its included files, it fails to mention Excel files.
3. It doesn't provide comprehensive answers about my documents:
I can only obtain results regarding whether a word is contained in a file or not. When attempting to inquire about additional content, such as the page where the word X is located, I receive the following responses:
"I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?"
or
"Escalating to a live agent is not currently configured for this bot, however, this is where the bot could provide information about how to get in touch with someone another way. Is there anything else I can help you with?"
Now, is this related to the license? In other words, will upgrading to a paid license resolve these issues?
If these issues are related to my custom Copilot, what steps should I take to rectify them and obtain accurate results?
