I'm flowing the steps of the below article

However I am stuck at the part where it reads "Create Power Automate flow to send email notification".

I follow the following steps but it is after point 7 i get stuck.

Open Power Apps in Teams.
Go to Build > Built by this team.
Select See all.
Select + New > Cloud flow > Automated.
Enter the flow name as "Send notification based on the notification flag when a new bulletin is created".
Select the trigger as When a new row is added, modified, or deleted.
Create the flow with the steps explained in the following screens.

I am unable to see the create option under chage type. Instead what i see is attached on the screenshot. Please view the screenshot added

Would appreciate any feedback on this

I'm assuming the following screens in your instructions will tell you which of those options to choose. The option(s) you choose are what you want to trigger the flow.

When they say create the flow - it will be created as soon as you choose one of the options in your trigger, which will then allow you to add one or more actions depending on what you want your flow to do.

Thanks, so I have selected trigger 'When a row is added, modified or deleted'. however when it comes to configuring the trigger. The change type I require is called 'Create'. I see the following options (Added, Added or deleted, Added or modified, Added or modified or deleted, Deleted, Modified, Modified or deleted) there is no Create option.. Where can i find the Create option ? Appreciate any support thanks. Please see screenshots one is my options the other is from the article I'm following. I have highlighted the Create option i cannot see

That must be some old documentation. You would choose Added as your option which means the flow will run when a new row is added into your Dataverse Table.
