I have created a form as a trigger to new work flow 

Power automate sometimes see the responses and some times cannot feel that there is a new response...???

 

I have a big platform full of forms and work flows and that problems happening from the first time

    Has anyone reached out to Microsoft about this yet? It seemed to start yesterday and I am seeing it with colleagues at multiple sights across the country.
