Flow for routing a pdf from onedrive to adobe sign for signature

I am creating a flow where it is take the draft version (unsigned version) of the SoW document which is in pdf format and send it to recipients for signature and after signature again add it in a separate Onedrive folder. I am facing difficulty in adding the Email ID because there can be different people signing different SoW's. So the email can't be a static field. In this case I am not sure how can I use the dynamic content or expression.

I have a list of people who can sign the document/pdf based on the name of the person mentioned in the pdf. So how can I add this in the flow. Please can anyone help, I am very new to Power Automate.

Create a column in your SharePoint List for this field, that is the way I handled it when I had this issue. I even made it a multi choice. But I only had one signer from the client side and me.
