I would like to use the "Save email attachments to the File System" flow to store email attachment on one of our on-premise Windows servers.
Is the way I would like to implement it correct, or do I overlook something?
- I create a separate user account in our local AD, which I sync to our Azure AD (e.g. user "power"). This user gets the powerautomate premium license assigned.
- I install the "on-premises data gateway" on a dedicated server using the local AD user "power" (I want to have a dedicated server to have one gateway for potential future projects)
- I connect to the gateway from the powerautomate platform using the Azure AD "power" user
- I setup the flow
Is this correct, or do I miss something? (future drawback, security risk etc.)
