Connect gallery to multiple SharePoint sties

Good morning.

 

Is it possible to connect a Gallery top multiple SharePoint lists?

 

I have 12 sites with roughly 10 techs on each site, they need to log their hours in an app where the gallery is filtered to only show entries against their email address, however across all sites if this fed into 1 list it wouldn't be long before the entry limit was reached.


So, my question is can I have a SharePoint list per site, but all connected to 1 gallery?

    Hi @Angry_Sys_Admin ,

     

    If they have same columns, you can use if(condition1,list1,condition2,list2...) to change list which was shown in gallery.

    But actually, I don't recommend you do that... Because it will cause unexpected behavior and complicate your formula.
