Hi,
"I aim to extract the number 123 from the text "process 123 is successful" and store it in a variable." But receive the below output. can anyone guide ??

What you are currently doing is to split you string using what you're looking for as delimiter. Obviously it won't appear in split resulting array.
I'm afraid that there is no standard action nor expression allowing you to achieve such regexp extract. You will find that in Third party connector like PlumSail, but if you want to achieve this in a free way have a look to this workaround : Regex Expression in Power Automate | Regular Regex - Evolvous
