hi all, i have a simple form that have 4 question, that 3 questions need upload file (question 2 is Mandatory)

I try to create the flow to save the ms form data to excel online.

It is successful to save but the result of questions 2,3,4 is like JSON format.

below is my flow:

May i know how to extract Json link data and update the power automate to add hyperlink in excel?

You can Use "Select" Action to Get LInk.
Replace this Action to Select.

Morning Tina, thank you for your reply, i update the flow as below, it is work if all question upload files.
Also, may i know how to update the flow If no file upload as my Q2 and Q3 is not mandatory and add which content on the file 1 upload, file 2 upload and file 3 upload

Thank you Tina, it is work for Q1 , Q2 and Q3 all upload.
But it will cause error if Q2 or Q3 not upload file.
May i know how to fix it?

As I Know, if Q2 or Q3 not upload file, Condition will show error Message to tell you it Get No Content.
However, the Flow will still run as expected.

Hi Tina,

I had tried, it is not work that cannot update the excel file and show below error

error detail:
The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each_2' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@body('Parse_JSON_4')' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

May i know how to fix?
