Forms responses - create a separate SharePoint list item for each response

I have a form with three sections - section 2 has six questions to enter education.  I would like to create a separate SharePoint list item for each of these six responses (or how ever many they respond, might only be one or two).

I've somewhat have it working by having six "create items" - one for each response but there has to be a better way using an array.  I've been searching for a solution for awhile now, hoping someone can help me.

Thanks.

I want one list item for each of these:

However, the current flow will create six items, even if there are only one or two post-secondary responses.  I want one list item for each post-secondary response.

    Hi @nwagar ,

    Please check this test:

    The Result:

I only select two question, so create two item.

    Thank you Sunshine Gu!

We are close, but I'm still getting six entries.  In the Apply to Each - Condition - "currentitem" dynamic content is not equal to "**" - is that correct?
