Hello, everyone!
Now I would like to submit one form to two sharepoint lists. And one used Submit(), another used patch(). But the patch had some errors as below. But I had deleted the column "status" in sharepoint list, so I don't kown where the problem is?
Hi @CatherineWang ,
SubmitForm function may cause the Patch error message as well. Please first check if you have refreshed connections of the two lists in PowerApps Data pane, then check the Update of Status DataCard in the Form if it has correct data type.
In addition, we usually move Patch to OnSuccess of the Form, so it will prevent Patch function from being fired when SubmitForm fails.
Best regards,
Thank you! I tried to move the patch() to OnSuccess, but it also had the same error alert "Status" not match the type.
Then how about the connection? Have you refreshed it or re-add it?
Yes, I refresh the connection, but also the same problem!
Just to bypass the error, please try and add Status:Blank() into the Patch function and see the result.
