PowerAutomate to update file in Sharepoint library

I am stuggling with the functionality of my new PowerApp. I created an app where you input personal information and its purpose is to create a contract that has been formated in Word. The steps I took to do this were fairly straight forward and I cannot find where something went wrong.

1. I created a library in sharepoint with all the fields that were included in my PowerApp and uploaded the word document with the formatted contract.

2. I used the quick parts tool in Word to insert the "blank" fields that were to be replaced by the corresponding information gathered from the app.

3. I connected linked my powerapp to my sharepoint. So far so good, but here is where I suspect my problem is.

4. Using a Power Automate flow, I intended to use a powerapp (V2) trigger with all the needed fields.

Like so,

5. I then used the Get file content, create a file with the name . docx as a title ( this part does work), and finaly the update file properties using the powerApps (V2) dynamic content fields to update this step.

My problem is that the word document is not being updated with the data entered on the app. I am sure of the functionality of my app because the file is created and saved to the sharepoint document library with the corresponding name I called for, but once you enter the word document, the objects remain blank.

I have tried opening the desktop app, and only visualizing the preview. It didnt work. I hope I was clear and someone can help me out.

Best regards and thanku for your help in advanced.

@luciamg update file properties will update the sharepoint properties...not the file it self. You need to update your word document and the quick parts related to the sharepoint columns.
