Has someone successfully tried the Copilot Studio event topic flow with Adaptive Card? Kindly if someone can share the components flow in Copilot Studio for any use-cases.

Create a Topic with a Custom Event Trigger
- In Copilot Studio, start a new topic.
- Add a Trigger node of type “A custom client event occurs” or “Event received”.
- Copy the Event name (e.g., MyAgentEvent) from the properties pane for use in your Agent Response component.

Add an Adaptive Card Node
