Filter multiple emails based on email subject

Hello Everyone,

I have four emails to filter based on keyword from email subject where what I want is

1) If Email 1 is triggered then It should run flow for Email 1

2) If Email 2 is triggered then It should run flow for Email 2

3) If Email 3 is triggered then It should run flow for Email 3

4) If Email 4 is triggered then It should run flow for Email 4

Here, each email which is triggered should have separate flow.

I am sharing four keywords from different email subjects which I have below:

a) ISE Alarm : Critical : Queue Link Error:
b) ISE Alarm : Warning :
c) ISE Alarm : Critical : Trust certificate
d) ISE Alarm : Critical : Local certificate

How to achieve this?

    Hello @demonpratz

You can reach that by filtering the subject for each flow

    OR

Run the flow for all conditions and add a switch to handle all the logic.

I have used this in Trigger Conditions of "when a new email arrives" trigger given below:

@or(contains(triggerBody()?['Subject'], 'ISE Alarm : Critical : Queue Link Error:'),contains(triggerBody()?['Subject'], 'ISE Alarm : Warning :'),contains(triggerBody()?['Subject'], 'ISE Alarm : Critical : Trust certificate'),contains(triggerBody()?['Subject'], 'ISE Alarm : Critical : Local certificate'))

    Please explain in detail!

    Thank you in advance.

what is your question ? is it working ?

If no, are you using the new designer or the classical one ?

If you are using the new designer.

make sure you are activating the SplitOn in the trigger settings.
