PDF Split- Using Power automate

I am looking to split pdf (invoices) using Power Automnate desktop.
Each Invoices Starts with the word "INVOICE" and ends with the word "SWIFTCODE".Issue here is - Some invoices are just 1 page and Some can be either 2 or 3.Can someone help me with this.

1) Is the PDF are plain text PDF's or Image based?
2) So, is the Start and end that means INVOICE, SWIFTCODE are in same page?
3) If that is the identifier to extract the page then what info we can expect in 2 or 3 pages?

It's better if you can share some sample PDF document

1.Yes its a plain text PDF
2.No - In some cases both are in the same page. So its easy to split those pages. But in some cases Swift code can be in the second page.

In the attached example

First invoice-#11049 INVOICE and SWIFT CODE are in 2 pages.So here page 1 and 2 should split into 1 PDF
Second Invoice - #11050 (Which is in the 3rd page) are having INVOICE and SWIFT code in the same page.Here page 3 should spllt into one single PDF
