upload photo to share point

Hi All, Im trying use the power apps and flow together to upload the image, PDf or scanned file to upload to my sharepoint list, but it seems like there is a error when i try to update the file. 

 

 

can anyone help me please? 

 

See the screen shot of the flow below which i have used. 

 

The flow starts when a user clicks on Save Button at botton: 

which has this event on its Onselect Property :

 

Uploadaphoto.Run(TextInput1.Text, Picturetaken, User().Email)

    The key point here is to convert your captured image from PowerApps into Binary and put it into Flow
