Help with PowerBI Workspace USer List

my ultimate goal is to be able to retrieve the users in a Power BI Workspace, this is for a PowerApp admin app that will collect some custom settings that will be persisted to a sql table...the sql part i got...its generating the powerbi user list in the workspace.

I am able to succesfully use the Office365Users Connection to get all users in the tenant, but i am struggling with finding the right function and/or connector to take me over the finish line.

there are many workspaces in my environment and the users are segmented by their workspaces and i have to keep the user list specific to only those granted access to the workspace.

I know that the user list can be pulled by PowerBI app, but i wasnt looking for a solution that stays inside PowerApps if possible.

it is my understanding that Office365 Groups are not equivilant to a workspace.

when i try and retrieve a Office365Group i get a odd result...

a single result.... https://graph.microsoft.com/v1,0/$metadata#groups(owneres()) in my drop down list

i know we have not setup groups in this O365 tenant, so maybe that is the reason.

thanks for any advice

    Hi @klogsdon ,

    In my opinion, when you create a PowerBI workspace, an office365 group with the same name is automatically created, so Power BI app workspaces are actually office 365 groups.

    As for the issue you have, i think there is some mistakes in your formulas. I have made a test on my side, please take for reference:

    1. Set the following formula to Items property of combo box

    Office365Groups.ListOwnedGroups().value

    Hope this can help.

    Best regards,

    Sik
