Trigger an email (with correct name) after the file has been created AND renamed

I am trying to create an auto generated email after I add and rename a file to a sharepoint folder.

I have had inconsistent success with this.

What am I missing? How do I get the email to include the renaming of the file and not the original file name?

    Hi @dwelty ,

    I assume that

    1. When the file is created, update the file name.
    2. Fill in the new file name in [Subject]

     

    I've made a test for your reference:
