Automate Weekly Screenshots and Save to SharePoint?

Hi,

Is there any way possible to automate weekly screenshots and save the screenshots to SharePoint folder?

I'd like to take weekly screenshots of my Power BI dashboard automatically every Monday (Power BI will be open at all times) and save the screen capture to a SharePoint folder?

Maybe a custom connector API? (Which I'm still new to)

Thank you

    Hi @Anonymous,

If you could take the weekly screenshots of  Power BI dashboard , you could then uplode the screenshot to sharepoint library folder to achieve your needs.

If you want the microsoft flow to take the weekly screenshots of your Power BI dashboard automatically,

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

Taking a screenshots is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Hi,

I found out this is much more simple than I thought. My end goal was to send the screenshot by email to whoever. The solution is:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-report-subscribe

I just didn't know this was already a feature of PBI

    Hi Manish

I believe I solved exactly this issue here: Take screenshots and store them in folders - Power Automate Desktop.

Let me know if you still experience issues 🙂

    Best regards
