can I automatically send an email to someone in my organisation with only their name in a form?

I am a complete novice with forms, lists,  power automate and sharepoint and yet I have been lumbered with a task involving all of these!. I want to create a suggestion form for employees in my organisation, the suggestions will then have to go through multiple approval stages before final ok. I have made a form and connected it to a list in sharepoint, in the form the person with the suggestion has to fill in their name by typing it and then their line managers name from a drop down list  (as well as other questions). what I want is that when they submit the form, they receive an email confirming submission (which I have done) and their manager automatically gets an email asking them to approve or reject the suggestion. What I can't figure out how to do is send the email to the manager with only their name in the form and the list. I am sure it must be possible because when I type a name into outlook it automatically brings up their email. Can anyone tell me how to achieve this in simple terms?

thanks

    I suggest the following:

    1. Try using the Office 365 Users Get Manager action instead of asking the user for their manager
      1. Unless the form is set to anonymous, you have the user info from Forms to supply to Get Manager
    2. If Get Manager doesn't work for you, use a series of Conditions or a Switch action to map the manager names in the drop down to an email address
