Hi All,
I have created the sharepoint list named "Competency matrix". I am using Power app to add the data into this list.
Now, i am able to create the folder in the sharepoint list with the competency matrix number.
Now, i want when the item is added through power app, once the item is added here it list with flow it will check if the folder is already here it will move that item into that particular folder. If folder is not there, then it will create the folder with competency matrix no. and then move the list item into that folder.
example:
In the above image - as folder is already there it will move item 1 into the folder and for item 2 it will create folder with the no. and then move the folder.
I am not able to find any flow action to do the above task. I am able to build flow to create folder:
