Hi there
How to receive an email alert, when a Power Automate flow is created in our tenant by any user?
Email alerts should mention things like who created the alert, the alert name, timestamp.

There is no such a 'When a flow is created' trigger , but as an alternative, we can check every hour the newly created flow inside during this time. I've made a test for your reference:
