Apply to each steps are being skipped

Left side is the current run. The apply to each step has a green check but each of its substeps have nothing.

On the right is last month's successful run  All have a green check.

What can cause the substeps not to run?  Flow runs to completion but data from those steps don't update giving the wrong outcome

    Hi @BESTechRob ,

My understanding from my own experiences is that in the run that didn't have any apply to each steps is because whatever you are selecting to run this month didn't contain any records (compared to your last month's run of 28 records).  Again, from my experience in a root cause analysis, that's what I have found; I recommend you check the previous steps outputs and confirm there is data to process in your apply to each.  Please mark as a solution if this helps you resolve this issue.  Always glad to help! Tom
