Emails are not sending to all users when using email notification connector

Hello,

I am new to flow but have hit a snag in testing.

The flow is simple at its core. Essentially it captures a form response populates a word template fills in variables in word with the values from the form response. Saves it to SharePoint and sends it as an email attachment.

My issue is that the flow shows no error but the Send Email to User step is not working because in some instances the user is not getting the email. It is worth noting that the To email in this step it the responder email (dynamics content) from the form response.  It works for me and many others, so it makes it really hard to isolate the issue when I can't reproduce. Anyone have any thoughts or maybe have resolved an issue like this in the past.

Thanks!

    Hi @ChristianAbata

Unfortunately, that is not an option as our org is not on exchange online. So we have to utilize the Email Notification. Trust me I wish I could run the Outlook connector it would make life much easier.

ohh @seanmcev  I understhand so you have 2 ways, 1.- Open a Microsoft Support case to see if there is an API issue. 2.- Buy a premium license, this could give you the change to inprove lots of functionalities and could be helps you with your mail contector.

    Hi @ChristianAbata,

Thanks for following up. I have submitted a support ticket with MS for this. I have a dynamics customer engagement license which I believe includes a premium license as I can use premium connectors.

    Thanks!

@seanmcev - Have you checked with the recipients to see if the email is going to their Junk/Spam folder? Sometimes, there are rules the recipients have on their inbox, or the organization they work for has policies in place that will cause the emails to go to junk/spam.

@PowerBack19 Thanks for the reply, I did check that. Unfortunately, that is not what is preventing it. I just received an update from MS and it seems to be an outlook related issue.  Hopefully, I will get some more information soon.
