Flow Periodically Failing for Different Reasons

So, suddenly my workflow is periodically failing for various reasons. It started yesterday after I added an additional condition at the top of the flow and rolled the steps under the new condition. I can't figure out what the issue is because sometimes flows succeed. I can't find any trigger fields that match with the ones that fail or succeed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Thanks for feedback.

About the timeout issue, please check your network condition and make sure they are working properly.

There are limits for a single outgoing request for Microsoft Flow, please check the following doc for more details:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/limits-and-config

About the API hub token exchange internal server, I have seen the similar issue on PowerApps forum at here:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/An-Error-Occurred-on-the-Server/td-p/265418

Please consider raise a support ticket if the issue continuously occurs.

By the way, what’s your location? Could you share a URL to the flow?

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi, Mabel-

Can you see a flow if you just have the URL? Wouldn't you have to be a co-owner of it?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    What’s your current situation?

    Does the issue still exist?

PGs will help check the flow run details at the backend with the URL of the flow.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

Yes, the flow is still periodically failing, but the ones I've been seeing in the past two days are "BadGateway". Can I private message you the URL to the flow?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

On which step do you get the error “BadGateway”?

Please share more details on the error message.

Yes, you could send me a private message the URL to the flow.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

The last 2 fails were "BadGateway".

    Hi @Anonymous ,

The default Retry attempts for Flow is 4, while we could change the default use action settings.

Please go to Settings>Retry of action Update item to configure how many times the flow will retry when there is a transient failure.

Please try to change the retry policy to see if it will work.

    Hi @v-yamao-msft ,

Which of these should I use instead?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please try with the type Exponential interval.
