Flow: Error that resource not found in Create Worksheet card

My flow is as below. My create worksheet card is getting the below error message that resource not found.

In reality the excel file exists.

 

or I get the message -

  "status": 400,
  "message": "The parameter 'file' has an invalid value '/ExportData/ExportedData12345.xlsx'."
}
Kindly help.

    Access is absolutely fine as I have admin rights on flow and even on sharepoint.

    Partner,

    I tried the same & its working as expected, request you to please check you have permission to access excel and excel file is present over there.
