Hope someone can assist. I've created a flow that has an approval step in it that emails several people, the process works fine for myself as I can approve/decline both through the email that's sent as well as the notification recieved via Ms Teams. However, one of the other people involved can only approve/decline via Teams, whenever they try to do so via the e-mail nothing happens.
Has anyone else come across this issue? If so, how did you solve the problem?
