    Hi @happyyear ,

    The ID of List and library are different

    Please try:

    You can use the filter query to filter out files with the same file name as the Name in the list. then get its file id

    @v-chengfen-msft

    Thank you so much for helping me. Would you mind if I have one question?

    I followed your instructions, and I ran into this error.

    happyyear_4-1678994429736.png

    But I have this error.

    My scenario is if the item changes, the permission will be updated automatically.

    Manager and Chief will have permission for the folder(item)

    Thank you so much for your help!

    Hi @happyyear ,

    Sorry if my explanation wasn't clear enough.
    I observed your list and library, I found that you have a Name column corresponding to the folder name.
    We can use the filter query of [Get files] to use the folder name to filter out the corresponding folder

    @v-chengfen-msft

    Thank you so much for your help!! I really appreciate your help!

    I changed title to 'name', but it didn't work.

    So I tried " EmplyeeID' and 'ID'. No luck yet.

    The workflow is okay, but people were not added to the folder permission.  People have permission to this library.
