Hello community, I need some help.

I have one machine that used to connect to my environment. But after my admin updates the PAD version from 2.41 to 2.44. The machine got disconnected from environment and can't be recovered.

In machine portal (current machine version 2.41 and PAD is 2.44)

My team don't want to create new connection to this machine and would like the old connection that got disconnected to be connect again.

Is there a way to fix this without creating new connection? or this is the only way.

Thank you

    Hi @deerzzxdell ,

    • Exit power automate from show hidden icons and restart system.
    • Try to signout and signin again.
    • Open Power Automate and switch environment to different environment and try to refresh again with base environment.
    • Last option to go to services and check power automate or uiflow service stopped, if stopped try to restart.
    • I recommend uninstalling both PAD and runtime and then reinstalling the newer version 2.44 version

    If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution. If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up.

    @deerzzxdell

    Typically, when you update your PAD version, it should also update the runtime. If there's a version mismatch, you may encounter issues with unattended runs later on. I recommend uninstalling both PAD and runtime and then reinstalling the newer version (2.44) and register your machine again.

    Thank you for the reply,

    but in my case the run time was already version 2.44 (same as PAD)
