Hello everyone. Good morning.

So, I created a workflow "send an email with options when a new item is created in SharePoint" and based on the option chose by the user, the flow will send another email approving the order or not.

The process of approval has 3 steps. So the user that receives the email has 2 to 3 options. In the first step, they can weather approve or disapprove the ask. If they click on approve, another email is sent to the users who approve step number 2. Wich, again, can click on "approve", "disapprove" or "send back to the previous step". And that's the problem. The option "previous step" is just not working. It is not sending the email like it was supposed to do and I just do not know why.
