I have a relatively simple multi-stage workflow, and for the most part it works great, but seems like it randomly gets stuck/delayed. For example, the email that is sent (after MS Forms submission) for first approval request is delayed by 30 minutes to hours. If I try to trigger another flow by forms submission at the same time this one will run instantly. I looked into possible licensing limitations but we are a small shop, our daily triggers on average are 2-3. Other things are constant also, such as only PDF files attached
Any suggestions for:
1. How to even troubleshoot this issue, because I can't reliably re-produce this delay
2. What could be causing this?
