Power Automate Sharepoint Lookup Field Limitation

Hello!

I'm receiving the dreaded Maximum Number of Lookup fields exceeded Error. this wouldn't be much of an issue but I'm unsure of what fields are technically considered Lookup fields outside of the obvious ones. Here is a list of fields I have present in the list.

Column Types:

Audience Targeting
Calculated (calculation based on other columns)
Hyperlink or Picture
Managed Metadata
Multiple lines of text
Person or Group
Publishing HTML
Publishing Image
Publishing Schedule End Date
Publishing Schedule Start Date
Summary Links

I know for sure that 'Managed Metadata' and 'Person or Group' are considered lookups.

    Hi @Ezander,

I would say the Audience Targeting ones would also be counted. Don't forget about system fields like the Created By and Modified By, those will be included in the count as well.

You can send an HTTP request to the SharePoint list to see all of the fields. Look through the outputs to identify lookup columns.

They can be TypeAsString: "Lookup" which will help.

Hey, Thank you for the reply! I'm inclined to agree with you. I was able to remove a couple 'person or group' fields and it got me under the limit.
