Hi There - I am a new user this last week and had created 3 flows over 2 days. I would appreciate any help you can provide re the below to recover my hard work. If needs be I'll sign up to premium to get the support but was testing it locally.
ISSUES:
- PAD threw a One Drive Error and I could no longer save my flow edits (rewaking sleeping Win 11 PC).
- My 3 flows have gone - I have found files in the AppData cache. - Rebooting the +New Flow icon is greyed out. (not accessible within Myflows > New Flow either)
- I still get OneDrive Error on logging out and relogging in to Power AUtomate via Desktop. warning image attached simply saying "Correlation Id: 6d2da783-d95f-4ec6-8a08-ae5be58010be. The special folder isn't supported for the user."
DETAILS
- - My account is a personal
- - I had not used the web interface only PAD locally. I had not logged into the web interface I do not think. Hence possibly why it hadn't synced with the cloud

- - I used PAD with no issues for 3/4 days
- - I do not use One Drive and was logged out by feault with it not running (i think). On the error I logged in to see if items are restored. One Drive
folder now showing locally but not with flows
OTHER POSTS and what Ive Learned.
I have looked extensively for help and found many posts about deleted posts and restoring disappeared flows. The most relevant of which is HERE.
However as now my New Flow icon is greyed out (it was all fine before) I cannot use New Flow to recover the script.robin data manually via pasting in subflows?
I have recovered the whole POWER AUTOMATE DESKTOP folder including 3 items in "Power Automate Desktop0 > Console > Workspace" which correlate with my 3 lost flows. The all have the script.robin file and controlRepo.appmask, flow.manifest, imageRepo.imarepo, package, pData.
However as I now cannot start a new flow I cannot go about reocing these the manual way.
Re my account - I have checked and it is a personal / family account although I use it to access Microsoft Ads so does that make it a business account?
WHAT TO DO??? - can support help??
