Hi,

I wanted to create Email entity records in Dynamics 365 CE through MS FLOW. But, here i am unable to set "From" and "To" fields of the Email entity.  Email records are creating without From and To fields.

I am using normal Create record action to create email record in CRM? But unable to set From and To.

Can anybody let me know how to set 'From' and 'To' fields?

Alex

    Hi @v-alzhan-msft

I don't really understand what you mean.

But when I create a new e-mail activity record I have fields like a recipient

    Hi @alex12311111 ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the Create record action?

I have made a test on my side and couldn't find any where to set the 'From' and 'To' fields in Email entity of Dynamics 365,I afraid that it is not supported to et the 'From' and 'To' fields in Email entity of Dynamics 365 in microsoft flow currently.

    Best regards,

    Alice
