Hi:

I have a sharepoint list, within it, a caculated column is built by powerapp with customized funcations based on current date and two mannually input dates from other columns in the same list , The caculted column value supposed to be updated everyday based on the current date on the computer.

It works properly when create new items, or after editing exist items. however after an items is created or edited and saved, the item remain unchanged forever if no changes made to the two mannully inputted date columns

But how can we make all the sharepoint list items upated automatically everyday in the background ?  or whenever the list is re-opened or represhed ?  can this be done by Flow ?

Your consideration and advices are highly appricated

SharePoint calculated columns are only updated when an item is updated.

While it probably is a very bad idea, you could have a Flow run once a day with a recurrence trigger and update every item every day.

Can you tell me what data is in the column and how you are using it?

    Hi thanks:

The data in the result column is calculted based on 4 columns' value in the list:

    - 1st column registered date (date)

    - 2nd column require close date (date)

    - 3rd column actural close date (date)

    - 4th column base score (whole number )

    conditon

if actual close date is earlier than require close date , data in the result column equal to the base score in the 4th column

if acutual close date is later than require close date , the result column = (actual close date - require close date)/7 * 0.2 * base score.

if the actual close date column is empty, which means the item is still open: the current date of the computer  will be used to go through the above two condition's caculation as "actual close date", and generate a value to the result column.

I use powerapp to customize the sharepoint list forms to complete the above 3  condition caculation without problem,

but the third condition  is the one i need day to day update until a date being mannually input in the actual close date column. which means the item being offcially closed. and the update have to go through all sharepoint list items.
