How to create new document library template(when an item is created in list) ?

Hi, how to create document library by using sharepoint template with power automate?

Is it possible add manage metadata column in default sharepoint view in document library - by using HTTP request-Power Automate?

How to start flow for all files and folders when adding on site, which is the trigger?
