Limit 5000 rows in SharePoint list using Get Item

Hi all,

I found out this morning about this limit and can't seem to find a way to get past it.

 

I have a database that recently exceeded 5000 rows and it's bugging me Power Automate flows that contain the "Get Items" function. I've tried enabling pagination from the function's settings and setting an upper row limit but it still doesn't work.

 

Any idea how to overcome this limitation?
