I have written a flow that uses the Start and Wait for an Approval action, and I find that any attachments do not show up in the Teams version of the approval task that is sent to the user.
When a SharePoint list item changes, an approval task is sent out, which includes an array containing the list item attachments.
This works in the Email version of the approval task. The attachments are there (unless their file size is too large, then there's a note and a link to the O365 Action Items page).
However, in the Teams Activity Feed, the approval task comes in with an apparent section for attachments but NO attached file and no note or link or any indication at all that there should be a file somewhere for the user to review.
Is this a bug or am I not understanding the Attachments section of the Teams approval task message?
