Powerautomate - Add row to excel

I have a flow that is supposed to add a new row to an excel sheet each time a leave form is submitted with the response ID entered in the first column of the added row.

I have another step in the flow that sends an email when the form is submitted and there is an additional step when the leave request is approved or rejected send an email notification to the original submitter. When I run the test, it passes  all the steps and the email is sent, but the row is never added in the excel sheet. Any suggestions?

It would be good to see your layout in Power Automate?

    Are you using MS forms?

Typically a flow should add a row to a table with the step 'Add a Row Into a Table', using that you can define the document and the table in which you wish to add it. The Excel sheet set to receive the row will need the column headers adding so the automate can recognise where to add each area of information.

Hope that helps, maybe add some screenshots so more specific answer can be generated.

    Many thanks,

    Hope that helps.

    Hi @medhapp,

Here is the simple demo for your reference:

You should add the get response details action to get each field from the form response so that you could add a row to your table.
