E3 subscription and Power Automate RPA

Hi everyone,

I am a little confused, I have a E3 license. I installed Power Automate Desktop on my computer and created a RPA flow (unattended). It worked.

Does it mean that i can create simple RPA flows without purchasing the RPA licenses?

Power Automate E3 is the premium license that provides access to additional features and capabilities such as RPA attended/unattended, advanced connectors, data integration, and machine learning, ability to use AI builder for creating intelligent workflows.

To know more able your license Click on Gear icon> Select View My License

Unattended RPA is NOT a part of an E3 license. Unattended RPA can only be purchased through the RPA add-on.

Is buying just the unattended add-on enough?

No. You need to a have a qualifying base license (per user RPA/per flow) for which the add-on can be added on.

I need multiple instances running unattended. Do I need multiple add-ons?

Yes if you need to run them at the same time. If not, the runs will be queued and begin when the bot is free.

It's likely that you've triggered a trial which will last for 90 days.

May be i did not express well but my E3 plan is not a premium license. the E3 plan gives me access to the Power Automate for Office 365 license, which is a standard license.
