Create approval flow with conditions

Hi team,

i'm new in this and please have patiance.

I have an approval flow with 4 stages and i would like to jump over first 2 stages if "approver" is found in a separate list.

Could be use any condition if approver email is in that "list" then consider approved and go to next approval level?

First 2 approvers are extracted automatically from server based on position of requester and the last 2 from a list.

Thank you

    Hi @v-yuazh-msft

i comeback with a capture of the flow, maybe now is clear. I need to check if the emails of first 2 approval steps are existig in a list, then, the flow should be considered as approved and jump directly to 3rd step.

    Thank you

    Hi @v-yuazh-msft ,

Thank you for replay. So, the flow will assign automatically next 2 levels from Active Directory based on requester data. I need to add a list with some people and if the email address identified in AD is equal with email from that list, then the flow will be considered approved and should go to second stage when will applie the same condition and if is equal will go to 3rd stage.

    Thank you

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please share more details about your scenes?

Could you please explain more details about the "approver" that you mentioned? And how could mean "approver" is found in a separate list?

You could add a Condition on your flow to check if "approver" is found in a separate list.

Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.
