I Have 1 MS list to track Requests coming to my team from other teams inside my company.

this MS list is accessible only to PMs inside my team.

this MS list has fields which are mainly drop down choices

I created an MS form using power apps. this form should be used by other teams to submit their requests, and it automatically fills new entry into the MSlist above.

The form works fine when the PMs ( inside my team) are using it.

However, when someone from outside my team ( so they do not have access rights to the main MS list ) try using the form, the fields are not showing any choices and return errors.

How can i fix this without giving other teams access rights to the list ?
