Good Day SP Gurus,
I have an issue as the subject states, my flow that was working in May / early June 2024 is now not working. We use a button, and by clicking this button, our flow would manually run the "Duplicate" Power Flow script.
The picture below is of what we get when trying to currently run the flow. (PIC1)
I believe that SharePoint was updated (because it does look different) which I am assuming caused our flow to "break".
I have even rebuilt the flow with a different flow ID and and update the JSON to include this new Flow ID I get the same error.
If any of you know "why" it cannot "find" the flow after clicking on the "Duplicate" button this would be a huge help. I see after pushing the button, it immediately errors out either stating PIC1 or The pop out on the right side of the SharePoint site "Something went wrong. Please refresh the page or try again after some time." then states in RED The date and time, Session ID, Client Backend Request Header the states the subject line of this post....help.
Thanks everyone TheNoobOfSP
Can anybody help? This flow was working what does this mean? I have looked at Connection Permissions, Power Apps Admin Portal, and The owner of the flow (I am the owner and cannot run my own flow).
One time I run the flow I get <flow id> is not in the store and then then next time I run the flow I get the flow cannot be installed.
Edit: I also want to make clear this is not a "desktop" flow this is a cloud flow.
Thanks, Tristan for the help. Yep that button was created that way. The cloud flow is not shared with me (as you can see in the pic). I assumed (and tested which worked) the "duplicate" action (as long as you have the right to the site) would run the flow, is that not the case? Because I have other flows that run in this manner (not in the "Shared With Me" tab). By the way what is the LISTS app Microsoft Lists?
Hi @TheNoobOfSP !
I know you probably checked already but due diligence oblige : did you check that the new flow (duplicated) his shared with you or the account running the action ?
SharePoint indeed has received a set of updates and the lists are now run via the LISTS app (it shouldn't change anything to your existing lists though).
I suppose that you are using something like this button ?
