Hi,

I'm trying to retrieve emails from my Outlook 365 account and want to get the sender name. But I'm getting the below details instead of only the email id.

/O=EXCHANGELABS/OU=EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=4CAD72D887CE450190B1A850450FF7CC-SHUVADEEP G

Please can anyone let me know how to get the mail id of the sender?

Thanks.

I have the same question (0)

That's exactly what I have done. But it's not working. It only works when the mail comes from an outside domain.

Yes, facing same issue. I am not sure if there are issues with O365 accounts and probably securities attached? I am also facing same. Exactly same issue. Using office 365.

Probably have to retrieve the email via the Exchange actions rather than outlook.

Apologies for the super late reply, I unfortunately do not know how to utilize the Exchange actions in PAD, I'm fairly certain that there are a few tutorials for them out there that can help you though.
