How to launch Attachment from Sharepoint in New Tab

Hi im newbie in Powerapps. I have application which need the user to preview the document before proceed with the submit button.

There are document in a sharepoint list attachment which allow admin to upload the latest document and indicate the year.

How can I allow user to click the Read button and bring the user to another new tab view the latest attachment from the latest item in that sharepoint .

Did you checked with Launch function? If not give it a try.

Launch(YourAttachment.AbsoluteUri)

This will launch the last attachment from the last item in the SharePoint list

Launch(Last(Last(SPListName).Attachments).AbsoluteUri)
