Trying to scrape web pages using Power Automate Desktop

Stuck building my flow.

What I want to create .....

Launch new Microsoft Edge - with URL above

*If web page contains text "Loading results" wait for "Loading results" to disappear then click on "Prices & yields"

Sometimes "Loading results" disappears and "Prices & yields" is not visible so then I want to reload the web page and repeat from this point *

How do I achieve this, Loop or IF Else End or other?
