Excel Data into sharepoint list

I have an Excel sheet in which I want each row in the table to create a new item in the SharePoint list. The only issue is that in the table there are blank rows, and I want to set a condition that if one of the cells is blank then do not add it to the SharePoint list.

    This should get what you're after. Use 'is not equal to' and leave Choose a value blank. Also note that you would only have one Apply to each.
