I used the flow - flagged mail triggers task creation + e-mail when completed
Mail is automaticall flagged when in specific folder in shared Mailbox
flagged Mail will create a task
after a Task is completed in Planner - an email shall be send
Now when one of the created tasks are completed, an e-mail for all the tasks are send out!
I have tested if it is because they are flagged at the same time, this is not the reason.
I really would appreciate - if somebody could help!
